My Lexus had a bunch of deferred maintenance that needed to be performed. On a referral, I took my car for a standard service and full inspection. A number of issues were found that needed attention. They prepared a report (including a number of pictures) detailing what needed to be done ASAP, and also what needed to be monitored in the future. This report was sent to me via email. I then discussed the above with Tony, the owner, who gave me a full understanding of what they found. I OK's the work, and the car now drives like new. A very professional automotive repair shop!!
