I have been taking all my cars to Leonardi for years because of excellent service, excellent work, high integrity, and unfailing courtesy. My 2010 Civic had a problem with the driver side door lock which needed to be replaced. Tony got a new lock from Honda and Installed it. A few weeks later the lock failed and obstructed the insertion of the key, which meant no access at all to the driver or passenger compartment. Without prompting, Tony said this would be handled entirely under his warranty, and he worked with Honda to repair or replace the lock at no charge to me. This was the first time I had tested Leonardi’s warranty of its own work, and they came through with flying colors.
