I brought in my 2004 Ford Focus because I was having issues with the engine light coming on when the air conditioner was running. I dropped it off at 8 am, they tested very everything, called me to review what was happening and had the car till 1 pm. They were unable to recreate the issues I am experiencing (typical of going to the mechanic ha ha) but were very kind and understanding.
