After taking my 2009 Toyota HIghlander to Hansel Toyota in Petaluma since I bought it, and having had a horrible experience just recently with a routine service appointment with them,. I brought my car to Leonardis…and won’t ever go back to the dealer. Edgar is the most courteous and thorough guy and the work exemplary. I’ve been bringing my Z3 to them since I bought it used 2 years ago and have nothing but compliments on every aspect of their work. 10 stars!

Scott and Edgar at the service counter are extremely personable and helpful. I’ve been taking both my cars here since I moved to Novato and have been more than satisfied for all the services we have needed. Would recommend to anybody.
