Very friendly, thoughtful and honest. It is a new experience being a customer here, but i can already tell. They have gone out of their way to be very helpful and even done a particular service free of charge. Their answers to my question seem very commonsense-based, reflecting a good ethic of helping others instead of merely making money for themselves. Thank you all!
