These guys are great! I recommend them highly. I had read online their many great reviews and decided to give them a shot. They came in on-time, under the estimated budget, were fair on price, and provided great quality service with heartfelt care. I left feeling like my car issues were resolved and I had gained the confidence of a shop I could trust with my car. It was my first time there, and I had come in without an appointment. (Appointments are recommended). It just so happened they had had some cancellations and took me in that morning. They gave me a quote to check out my car engine that was acting oddly and my air conditioning unit. Edgar met me at the service desk and was clear about what steps were needed, the time it would take, and the cost. They performed the service on time and communicated with me when they said they would. This was really important because I had some place to go in the afternoon and could not be late. The owner Tony was wonderful. He gave me a ride to and from my place in the neighborhood, while I waited for the car to finish at the shop. This was great because it meant I could use the time it was there usefully. When I talked to him, I really had the sense of how much he and his team care about their customers and the well-being of their cars. When I did get the car back that afternoon, they came in under the estimated cost! I also knew that all the car issues were resolved. They even offered me a discount with AAA and another one they provide for a donation to a dog rescue they support. They were really fair. Trust is key with anyone you ask for help with your car. These guys are top notch. I felt confident about my car and the quality service I received. I recommend them!
