Excellent service. By far, the BEST auto repair shop in Novato..... Specifically I appreciated the HONEST & PROFESSIONAL assessment they gave for my car issues.....The FRONT DESK reception gentleman who interacted with me was very courteous/attentive & professional......This is a 1st class auto shop from top to bottom - from the owner Tony Leonardi to the front desk reception/communications person and of course the honest, very efficient mechanics.......I am a very SATISFIED customer and if you want an honest auto shop that does great work, I highly recommend LEONARDI'S AUTOMOTIVE shop.

All went well til the end, no follow-up, needed some stickers, and never called me. Also, I'm missing things in my truck. They cleaned it and that's where they sucked up some parts.

Bradley this is very confusing as you don’t come up in our system, I have no ideas what “stickers” we could possibly owe you? We don’t vacuum out vehicles we do send vehicles out of the client wants a detail service. If you feel wronged by us in any way please call so we can discuss and make this right. I found Leonardi’s Auto Repair shop about a year and a half ago. Since that time I have taken my car to them twice for repairs and once for maintenance. I have been consistently impressed by the professionalism and competence of the people who work at Leonardi’s. Not only did they do an excellent job repairing my car, they also warranty their repairs. They are also very good at explaining what the problem is in language that someone who is not a mechanic can understand. I highly recommend Leonardi’s.

My engine filter was replaced in minutes and I was ready to leave. They had ordered it so it was there for me.
