So I never write reviews, this is my first - and I wish I had done it sooner for these guys at Leonardi's. I've been going there since 2006. I have never been disappointed, surely because they know how and when to communicate my car trouble - diagnose, communicate with accurate quotes, THEN fix it. This is how it should be done, and if there is a little thing in question which they think may "pop up" or cause added expense they forewarn me before digging in. For example, I needed a pretty major brake job - they quoted me for pads, new rotors (because they could not be resurfaced again - which I kind of assumed), and calipers which were frozen (constantly grinding into my rotors). I gave the go-ahead on the full job but they were able to save my calipers by lubing or whatever they do, hence, a much smaller price tag and I couldn't be happier. My car runs and brakes well as do all my vehicles I own. They always offer to give me ride back home but I always refuse so I can bike and get the exercise. My cars always come back with warranty info, well documented history, and clean. They don't try to "oversell", only list items in need of attention in a prioritizing manner - who wouldn't want that? I really like these guys-Tony, Frank, and the whole crew!
