We brought our Kia here when the dealer could not figure out the issue in a timely manner and did not provide us with any sort of plan but wanted more money to cover the cost of we aren't what exactly---fishing for a solution? Edgar at Leonardi Automotive was who my husband had the most interactions with. Edgar was professional and updated us daily to keep us appraised of the situation and next steps. It was a big repair, but considering the dealer couldn't figure out what the issue was, we were very happy to get a diagnosis and repair from Leonardi Automotive. Thank you!

Service at Leonardi’s is always courteous. I feel I’m informed about possible and needed repairs/service and that, with staff, make decisions on what needs to be done for both my car and budget. I’ve been going to Leonardi’s since I moved to Novato in 2013 and see no reason to go elsewhere. I can recommended them without hesitation.

This shop was able to get my daughters repair done quickly even though it was a holiday week and a major repair . They knew she really wanted to drive back to Southern California for New Years Eve and got it done !
